Earth Arts Pottery Studio is built around hospitality, care, and a shared respect for craft. Whether you’re welcoming guests, supporting classes, helping with camps, or contributing behind the scenes, our work is rooted in creating a thoughtful, well-run experience.

We’re a guest-facing studio first. Many roles draw from backgrounds in hospitality, restaurants, retail, education, or customer experience. Pottery knowledge is a plus in some cases, but not a requirement for most roles.

Studio team

Guest-facing roles focused on hospitality, flow, and day-to-day studio operations. This includes welcoming guests, supporting Open Studio, keeping the space running smoothly, and creating a calm, attentive environment.

Instruction

Teaching and education roles for those with pottery experience and a desire to lead classes, workshops, or specialized sessions.

Internships

Short-term, learning-focused roles designed for students or early-career creatives interested in studio operations, education, and creative business.

Seasonal & events team

Flexible, short-term roles supporting camps, school breaks, holiday programming, and special events, including EAPS Outpost activations.
