EAPS Handbuilding Single Day Workshop

Diana Roldan is a ceramic artist with over 10 years of experience specializing in hand building. Her work combines hand-carved stamping and sculptural techniques to create pieces that celebrate moments of joy and wonder — from functional everyday wares to ornate luminaries.

With a Bachelor's in Art Education from LIU Post, Diana brings a thoughtful, encouraging teaching style that draws on art history, contemporary artists, and a deep love of working with clay. She meets every maker where they are — whether you're touching clay for the first time or returning to build on what you know.

These workshops are designed for anyone curious about working with clay — no prior experience required. Whether you're looking for a creative afternoon out, a unique date idea, or a hands-on way to unwind, this is a welcoming place to start.

Each session is self-contained, so you can drop into one or try them all. Great for individuals, couples, and small groups looking for something tactile, focused, and fun.

Each workshop centers on a single hand-building project. You'll learn the techniques needed to shape your piece from start to finish — working with slab, coil, or sculptural methods depending on the project.

Projects are selected seasonally and designed to be completed in a single session. Check the booking widget for the current lineup.

Finished pieces will be ready for pickup in 4–5 weeks. You’ll receive a notification when your work is complete.

2+ Weeks Before Your Service
You have full flexibility. Try to reschedule to a different date—your full booking value transfers with no penalty. If no dates are available, cancel instead and you'll receive a full studio credit to use toward any future service.

1–2 Weeks Before Your Service
Rescheduling is no longer available, but you can still cancel and receive a 50% studio credit toward any future service.

Less Than 1 Week Before Your Service
Cancellations are no longer eligible for credit. We simply don't have time to fill your spot for others waiting.

Transfer Your Spot to Someone Else
