Some of the most beautiful pottery in the world was made with nothing but two hands. Yours are next. Pinch, coil, and shape your way to a piece that carries your fingerprints - literally - in one of our Saturday workshops. Two unhurried hours, and you'll be amazed what your hands already know.

Each Saturday workshop is one focused project, start to finish. One date might be a berry bowl, the next a set of mugs, another a chip-and-dip for your next gathering. Pick the date whose project speaks to you - one project per session means you go deep, not fast, and you leave with something complete.

Our instructors are accomplished ceramic artists, and it shows in how they teach. Every step gets demonstrated before you try it, and while you work they're right there beside you - a steadier way to smooth a coil, a trick for a cleaner edge - so the piece in your hands ends up looking like the one in your head.

Never touched clay? Perfect. Been at this for years? You'll pick up techniques worth the Saturday alone. And if you're an EAPS member, the workshop is just the beginning - take the instruction, then keep building on your piece in the studio after class.

Then your piece takes its time. It dries slowly, fires, gets glazed, and fires again - about four weeks from your hands to your home. We'll let you know the moment it's ready, and if you're visiting from out of town, we offer shipping.
