Refund policy

All reservations and purchases at Earth Arts Pottery Studio are covered by our Waiver & Participation Agreement — that's the master document. The short version:

Table reservations (Open Studio). Free to reserve, and there's no charge to cancel. Cancel anytime from the link in your confirmation email — your table simply opens back up for someone else. You choose and pay for your pottery in the studio.

Classes, workshops, and camp. Cancel or reschedule at least 7 days before your session and receive 50% of your reservation value as studio credit. Less than 7 days before, the reservation is final — no refund or credit.

Birthday parties. The $200 deposit secures your date and is nonrefundable. Final guest count and remaining balance are confirmed before or on the day of the party.

Retail items. Unused items may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt. Used, opened, final-sale, and special-order items can't be returned.

Gift cards. Never expire, not redeemable for cash.

Finished pottery. Fired pieces must be picked up within 30 days of our ready-for-pickup notification.
