Shipping policy

Most of what's made at Earth Arts Pottery Studio is picked up, not shipped — but here's how each works:

Studio pickup (default). Painted pottery is glazed, fired, and ready for pickup at EAPS Long Beach about a week after your visit. Wheel-thrown and hand-built pieces take about four weeks — the clay dries, is bisque fired, glazed, fired again, and packaged. We'll let you know the moment your piece is ready.

Garden City pieces ship. Work made at our Garden City sessions is shipped to you after firing — you'll provide a shipping address at checkout.

Long Beach shipping (optional). Long Beach guests can choose shipping instead of pickup where offered.

Retail and gift items. Pickup and shipping options are shown at checkout. Gift cards are delivered by email — nothing ships.

Off-site events (EAPS Outpost). Pieces painted at partner venues are fired at our studio and returned to the venue for pickup about a week later.
