EAPS Outpost · Private Events are designed to feel relaxed, social, and well-organized - with everything handled for you.

Our team arrives with all pottery, paints, tools, and materials, along with experienced staff to support participants, answer questions, and keep the event flowing smoothly. No prior art or pottery experience is needed.

Hosts are responsible for providing tables, chairs, and venue access. EAPS handles all creative setup, facilitation, and pack-out so guests can focus on the experience itself.

We offer two planning formats, depending on how you’d like to manage participation:

1. Host-selected pottery collection
Choose a curated set of pottery pieces for your group - ideal for themed events or guided experiences.
• Pottery selections confirmed 7 days in advance, based on availability
• EAPS prepares and packs all selected pieces

2. Private order page
Best for large groups where participants register individually.
• A $200 private event fee is required before the page is created
• EAPS builds a private shopping page for your event
• Participants purchase pottery in advance
• Order window closes 7 days before the event
• EAPS brings exactly what was ordered

If fewer than 25 orders are placed by the cutoff, the host may either cover the remaining balance to meet the minimum ($35 per participant) or cancel the event.

Both formats include a 10% event discount on all pottery selections.

Private event fee (host-paid)
$200 flat fee to host your EAPS Outpost event

Pottery pricing
• Pottery pieces are priced individually
• Pottery may be paid for by the host or by individual participants
• Final pottery cost depends on group size and selected pieces

Group minimum
• 25 participant minimum required
• For private order page events, if fewer than 25 orders are placed by the 7-day cutoff, the host may cover the remaining balance to meet the minimum ($35 per participant) or cancel the event

Optional host-paid add-ons
• Guided instruction add-on (structured painting project): + $175
• Additional event time beyond the scheduled duration: + $150 per additional hour
• Travel, delivery, or extended setup fees may apply based on event location and scope (confirmed during planning)

• Events support large groups and may be scheduled in multiple sessions if needed
• Host provides tables, chairs, coverings, and venue access
• EAPS provides all pottery, materials, tools, and staffing

• All finished pottery is consolidated into a single container, with each participant’s piece individually packaged and clearly labeled for easy distribution
• The host is responsible for distributing finished pieces to participants

• Finished pottery is typically ready in about one week
• Orders may be picked up at EAPS or delivered locally at no charge
• For longer-distance delivery, logistics are confirmed in advance and included as part of the additional event fees

A $200 private event fee is required to secure your date and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

For private order page events, if the 25-participant minimum is not met by the 7-day cutoff, the host may either cover the remaining balance to meet the minimum or cancel the event. In all cases, the event fee remains non-refundable.
