EAPS Kids Birthday Party

EAPS birthday parties are private, instructor-supported paint-your-own-pottery experiences designed to be fun, structured, and easy for hosts. Your group will enjoy full access to our studio for 1.5 hours, guided by members of the EAPS studio team.

Kids select from a curated range of birthday-friendly pottery—small figurines, trinket dishes, minis, and other popular options appropriate for ages 5–12. The host chooses one painting method for the entire group:

• Glaze painting: pieces are kiln-fired and ready for pickup in 1–2 weeks
• Acrylic painting: pieces go home the same day (not waterproof or foodsafe)

Throughout the party, our team provides setup, hands-on support, clean-up, and keeps the event running smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.

• Day & time: Sundays at 11:00 AM
• Duration: 1.5 hours
• Ages: Recommended for 5–12
• Location: EAPS Long Beach
• Base price: $395 for up to 10 guests
• Additional guests: $35 each, up to 24 total
• Extra staffing fee: $80 added when guest count exceeds 14
• Food: Pizza, organic juice, and paper goods included
• Finishing options: Glaze (pickup in 1–2 weeks) or acrylic (take home same day)
• Host pickup: If glazing is chosen, the host picks up all finished pieces and distributes them
• Decor: Standard birthday décor plus digital signage on our in-studio displays
• Deposit: $100 nonrefundable to reserve your date
• Balance due: Day of party at check-in

• One pottery piece per guest (from our birthday party selection)
• All materials and painting supplies
• Dedicated EAPS studio team hosts
• Pizza, organic juice, and paper goods
• Digital birthday signage displayed during the event
• Full setup and cleanup
• Glazing and kiln firing (if glaze painting is selected)

If glaze is chosen, finished pieces will be ready for pickup in 1–2 weeks. The host picks up all items and distributes them to guests.

Birthday party pottery selections are curated specifically for young artists and may include:

• Figurines (animals, characters, minis)
• Trinket dishes
• Small functional items
• Seasonal shapes (when applicable)

The pottery assortment is chosen to ensure an enjoyable, age-appropriate project that can be completed within the party timeframe. The host selects one finishing method—glaze or acrylic—for the entire group.

You may reschedule your party up to 14 days before your event at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Deposits are nonrefundable for any cancellations.

Because party bookings reserve private studio time and dedicated staffing, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred once you are within the 14-day rescheduling window.
